The IEP meeting is one of the most important opportunities families and students with disabilities have to shape a student’s education and future. Walking in prepared, knowing your rights, and knowing what to
ask for can make all the difference.

Join us for an informative hybrid meeting on how to plan for IEP meetings and how to use the IEP as a tool for transition planning. You can attend virtually or in person…but we strongly encourage you to join us in person!

Transition planning begins with the IEP in effect when a student turns 14, but it is never too early to build strong IEPs and plan for life after high school: education, employment, independent living, and community participation. We welcome parents of ALL school-aged children (ages 3-21) to attend our meeting.
