Wednesday, August 6, 2014 – NJCDD Youth Leadership Coordinator Frank Latham appears on Comcacst Newsmakers to promote the Council’s fourth annual Developmental Disabilities Awareness Day at Six Flags Great Adventure.


Monday, March 25, 2013 – NJCDD Communications Manager Jonathan Waller sits down withComcast Newsmakers to talk about the Council’s “Institution is Not a Home” campaign and explain why community inclusion for individuals with developmental disabilities is so important.


Sunday, November 7, 2012 – The NJ Public TV series Classroom Close-Up, NJ aired an episode featuring the NJCDD’s R-WORD Campaign, following Youth Leadership Coordinator Frank Latham to Sandman Consolidated Elementary School, where he gave a presentation to students about the importance of ending the use of the “R-word” and other forms of hurtful language in our schools and communities.


Tuesday, July 10, 2012 – NJCDD Executive Director, Dr. Alison Lozano, speaks with Michael Riccards on the Hall Institute of Public Policy, NJ’s Public Forum web series regarding the closure of New Jersey’s Institutions.
