As a certified mediator Kathleen has been appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to be a fee arbitrator for attorney conflicts. Those applications will be mailed out over a period of 12 months. Whenever a caregiver of an individual with an intellectual or developmental disability (IDD) receives a letter from NJ Medicaid\, it is very important to respond promptly.
