SUMMARY:Person-Centered Planning Meeting with Michael Smull
DESCRIPTION:Listen\n        \n        \n\nMichael Small is the co-developer of person centered thinking training and of essential lifestyle planning. Mr. Smull has provided training and consultation in 49 states\, (including New Jersey) and 8 countries. He has assisted agencies\, states\, regions\, and counties to make the changes needed to support person centered practices. Mr. Smull has written extensively on person centered thinking and planning\, the challenge of changing to a person centered system\, and issues relating to supporting people with challenging behaviors. The person centered thinking framework that he and his colleagues developed is reflected in the Home Community Based Service (HCBS) final rule.
