We are inviting support coordinators to discuss their strategies for identifying the unique needs\, preferences\, and aspirations of the individuals they serve. They will explain how the information can be used to create the support systems an individual needs to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. \nMulti-lingual closed captioning is available.
