DESCRIPTION:Listen\n        \n        \n\nThis presentation will discuss how the Rutgers Community Living Education Project (CLEP) can assist you and your family in exploring various community living options. The CLEP team will share their lived experience and family members stories taking a person-centered approach to creating a full life in both Self-Direction and Provider Managed Supports and Services. The CLEP team members will provide an opportunity for attendees to ask questions following their presentation.\n\nThe CLEP team will be joined by Monique Dujue Wilson\, parent\, and community advocate. Monique is a pioneer in Self Direction and a true person-centered approach for her son.
