The New Jersey Council on Developmental Disabilities (NJCDD) is creating our State Plan for the next five years. This plan will outline the direction of our work for the next five years (2022-2026). The Council does not provide direct services, but part of our work might include funding for innovative programs to assess the impact on the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and people that support them.
The work of the NJCDD centers around three areas:
2. Capacity Building
3. Systemic Change
As we develop our 5-Year State Plan, we need the input of individuals with I/DD, family members, caregivers, direct support staff, advocates, providers, and others. We want to know about service gaps and priorities and get YOUR ideas for how we can plan to address state needs.
Please share your inputs in the meeting.
We schedule three regional sessions and one statewide session for Spanish speaking stakeholders.
