Help to Improve Healthcare for Individual with I/DD-Banner

We are excited to announce a new project funded by NJCDD, in conjunction with Woods System of Care, aimed enhancing the healthcare experience for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) who also have mental health conditions. This initiative seeks to build capacity among healthcare providers and empower families with the knowledge and resources needed to navigate the healthcare system effectively. The Regional Family Support Planning Councils (RFSPC) provides a venue for family members and guardians of people with intellectual or developmental disabilities to exchange knowledge and information about the disability service delivery system.
