Share your healthcare story Hear from professionals and talk about possible strategies
The Regional Family Support Planning Council #2 invites individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and/or family members to attend our annual forum.
Have you had a negative experience in healthcare? Do you have problems finding doctors and/or medical professionals who listen to your concerns about your disabled family members? The goal of this forum is to share healthcare stories, talk about possible strategies and resources. Join us as we identify gaps in the healthcare system for people with developmental disabilities and talk with healthcare professionals.
